How does our resend policy work?
If you encounter any of the following situations, we will resend your package immediately upon confirmation:
Size Issues
If the item you received is the wrong size, simply provide a photo of yourself wearing the jersey. Upon confirmation, you will only need to pay a small resend fee, and we will arrange a new shipment for you. For more details, please contact our customer service.
Shipping Delays
(1) If the declared shipping time is less than 30 days, and you have been tracking the package online for more than 30 days, please contact us. We will immediately resend your package free of charge.
(2) If the declared delivery time is more than 30 days, and you are still unable to track the package online for more than 60 days, please contact us, and we will resend it free of charge.
(3) Is the customs declaration valid?(3)海关申报单是否有效?
If your package is lost or detained by customs, please provide relevant proof. Upon confirmation, we will resend it free of charge and ensure you receive your package.
